Planning Submissions

The essential first stage of any building project is to ensure compliance with statuary authorities. At AMF Building Design we will provide a planning review and submission service:

• Queensland Development Code (QDC) Applications.
• Code and Impact Material of Change (MCU) applications
• Referral Agency Applications
• Coordination with Town planning Consultants and Environmental Engineering Services.

Our objective is to resolve and identify all planning, referral agencies and local authorities’ requirements at initial sketch design stage prior to proceeding with detail building documentation.
